Probably the most commonly spoken word on the premiere of the book The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.voditeljstvo.si\/\">AEIOU of leadership<\/a>. Undress, sincerely present everything, even not so shiny facets of the success stories, requires great confidence in the capability of people and also trust in the ability of space to accept all entrusted with respect. The leaders who shared their stories, have this trust. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respect was probably the second most commonly spoken word, especially in the combination of the respect of the past. The host Janez \u0160krabec invited us among his ancestors, to the homestaed of the linguist Pater Stanislav \u0160krabec, who researched vowels. He suggested a vowel system with short and long vowels, and consistently demanded separation in the quality of accented and unagrogenic vowels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vowels, who gave the name of the book The AEIOU of LEADERSHIP, are the initials of the words Aroha, Eb, Ikigai, Oikos and Ubuntu. Words stem from indigenous peoples with five continents. The indigenous people were people of nature, consciously linked to their environment and aligned with the rhythms of nature and cosmos. Najbr\u017e najpogosteje izgovorjena beseda na premieri knjige <a href=\"http:\/\/www.voditeljstvo.si\/\">AEIUO VODITELJSTVA<\/a>. Razgaliti, iskreno predstaviti vse, tudi ne tako ble\u0161\u010de\u010de in sijo\u010de plati svojih zgodb o uspehu, terja veliko zaupanje v pogovoru in tudi zaupanje v sposobnost prostora in bralcev, da bodo zaupano sprejeli s spo\u0161tovanjem. Voditelji, ki so delili svoje zgodbe, to zaupanje imajo. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Spo\u0161tovanje je bila najbr\u017e druga najbolj pogosto izgovorjena beseda, predvsem v besedni zvezi spo\u0161tovanje do preteklosti. Gostitelj Janez \u0160krabec nas je povabil med svoje prednike, na doma\u010dijo jezikoslovca patra Stanislava \u0160krabca, ki se je v svojem bogatem opusu \u0161e posebej ukvarjal s samoglasniki. Predlagal je samoglasni\u0161ki sistem s kratkimi in dolgimi samoglasniki in dosledno zahteval lo\u010ditev v kvaliteti nagla\u0161enih in nenagla\u0161enih samoglasnikov. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Samoglasniki, ki so dali ime knjigi AEIOU VODITELJSTVA, pa so za\u010detnice besed aroha, eb, ikigaj, oikos in ubuntu. Besede izhajajo iz avtohtonih ljudstev s petih celin. Staroselci so bili ljudje narave, zavestno povezani s svojim okoljem in usklajeni z ritmi narave in kozmosa. Brez\u010dasne modrosti, ki nam jih prena\u0161ajo s simboli in besedami, nosijo v sebi znanja za razvoj ozave\u0161\u010denih voditeljev.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Spo\u0161tovanje do preteklosti, povezovanje, samozavest, normalizacija in Slovenija so bile klju\u010dne besede, s katerimi smo pospremili knjigo AEIOU VODITELJSTVA v svet. Ob naro\u010dilu knjige lahko izberete tudi kazalko z eno od navedenih petih besed. Na spletni strani&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.voditeljstvo.si\/\">www.voditeljstvo.si<\/a>&nbsp;v opombo napi\u0161ite, katera kazalka vam bo ozna\u010devala zadnjo prebrano stran v knjigi.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Dva dni po premieri knjige sem do\u017eivela \u0161e eno premiero. V studiu televizije Va\u0161 kanal sem se prvi\u010d preizkusila tudi v vlogi televizijske voditeljice. Voditeljica oddaje Pravi klju\u010di Irena Vide mi je prepustila, da sem izvedla zaklju\u010dek oddaje.
