The AEIOU Infinite Game connects leaders for the future. This is the infinite game for people, who want to live their full potential and contrubute to the prosperity for all. For leaders, who want to inspire themselves and others. For people, who want to co-create eco-cilivisation.
Congratulation for joining the game! Start exploring with the chapter 1.1. and then follow the numbers 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5 to the end chapter of the first layer. You will explore new things by reading, listening, watching, playing with numbers and seeking answers to open questions. At the end of each layer you will solve a puzzle to get the access to the next layer of the game.
You will be rewarded with new knowledge, experiences and insights during the game, and the best reward awaits you after completing the sixth layer of the AEIOU Infinite Game: you will meet other like-minded and open-hearted people. Enjoy in your journey:)
1.1 Why AEIOU?
AEIOU I GAME originates in Slovenia, the only country in the world, embracing “love” in its name. AEIOU are five vowels of the Slovenian alphabet. Vowels are sonorous, they vibrate and resonate. Together with consonants, they form syllables and words that carry meaning.

People with our energy, with our vibration, attract others. We can create together with them – be it an unforgettable birthday party or a technologically advanced device, such as an automatic vacuum cleaner. Yes, fun and playful we can also co-create very serious and complex things. There is no need for us to be strict, closed-minded, or pretend to be smart and compete over who is more capable, stronger, louder. It will be much easier for us if we recognize unique talents, abilities, virtues in each other. If we know how to support each other, everyone will contribute as much as they can on their own initiative, and together we will be able to make a big difference. We have experienced this before among friends, but it is also possible in business life. AEIOU vibrations can create a pleasant ripple that connects people.

On April 22, 2020, we celebrated World Earth Day for the 50th time. It seems to have been celebrated by Earth for the first time this time as well. It rejoices in cleaner air, with more translucent waters, in the beautiful greenery of the northern hemisphere and blue skies everywhere.
As humanity, we have now experienced both extremes: what it is like when man thinks he can master nature, and what it is like when man realizes that he is powerless against the tiny, nano virus that is also part of nature. Now is the time to realize that we humans are part of nature and start working in coexistence. The indigenous people were strongly connected with nature. We can awaken this connection. We just have to remember. We now know that this is necessary.

1.5 AEIOU = 55
The basic idea of creating the book The AEIOU of Leadership was to collect 55 of the most read Ideas for Leaders. I wanted to give this to myself for my 55th birthday. I then decided to add 5 more leadership models for the future to the 55 ideas. One of these five models is AEIOU leadership. The book thus had a working title of 555.
If in the Slovene alphabet we assign to each letter the number of a consecutive place in the alphabet, from A is 1 to Ž, which is 25, the sum of vowels also represents the number 55.
In the English alphabet this is different and AEIOU=51:
